3. The Course: What You Purchase
Each course offered on this platform consists of:
- Pre-recorded video lessons
- Downloadable materials (worksheets, checklists, guides, and other supplementary documents)
Upon successful payment, you are granted lifetime access to the course content purchased, subject to Section 7 of these Terms.
The course is an informational and educational product. It does not constitute medical, psychological, or clinical advice, and does not replace professional diagnosis or treatment. Nothing in the course content should be interpreted as a substitute for consultation with a qualified healthcare or mental health professional.

The price of each course is displayed on the sales page at the time of purchase and is inclusive of VAT where applicable under Italian law.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe Inc. Divergente SRL Società Benefit does not store or have access to your payment card details. By proceeding to checkout, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service, available at stripe.com/legal.

5. Right of Withdrawal — Digital Content
Under Italian consumer law (Legislative Decree 206/2005, Art. 59, implementing EU Directive 2011/83/EU), consumers ordinarily have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason.
However, this right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium, where:
- the performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent, and
- the consumer has acknowledged that they will thereby lose their right of withdrawal.
⚠️ Waiver of Right of Withdrawal — Required Confirmation at Checkout
At the moment of purchase, you will be asked to check the following box before completing your order:
☐ I request immediate access to the digital course content and I acknowledge that, by doing so, I lose my right of withdrawal under Art. 59 of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Italian Consumer Code).
This checkbox is mandatory. Your purchase cannot be completed without checking it. By checking it, you expressly consent to the immediate commencement of performance of the digital content contract and acknowledge the consequent loss of your right of withdrawal.
No refunds will be issued once access to the course has been granted, except as required by applicable mandatory law.
If you do not wish to waive your right of withdrawal, please do not complete the purchase.
6. Intellectual Property
All course content — including but not limited to videos, audio, written materials, worksheets, graphics, and downloadable documents — is the exclusive intellectual property of Divergente SRL Società Benefit and is protected under Italian and EU copyright law.
Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use the course content for your own private, non-commercial purposes. You may not:
- reproduce, copy, or redistribute any course content in any form
- share your account credentials or grant access to third parties
- use the content for commercial purposes, training, or resale
- record, capture, or scrape any part of the course
Any unauthorised use may result in immediate termination of access without refund and may give rise to legal action.
